Urban Apartment
ABOUT
We collaborated with a residential architecture firm to bring their modern apartment concept to life through a highly detailed 1:200 scale model. The design featured a rooftop walking park illuminated with functional LED lighting.

Project Story
We began by carefully translating the blueprints into detailed 3D-printed parts, combining several production techniques to achieve realism at a 1:200 scale. The base structure was printed in white resin for precision, while the windows were cut from clear acrylic to catch and reflect light naturally. We added miniature trees, textured pathways, and rooftop benches to bring warmth and human scale to the scene.
To complete the atmosphere, we integrated switchable LED lighting, allowing the model to transition from day to night during presentations. A small but powerful feature that instantly drew attention.
